What kind of game is On Hold?
A first-person call center simulator set at Nimbus Telecom. You work a simulated desktop, handle customer calls, manage performance and stress, and navigate the office around you. Career, Night Shift and multiplayer each have their own flow.
Can I play solo?
Yes. Career and Night Shift are single-player modes. Community challenges and campaigns also have their own single-player sessions. Multiplayer supports up to six agents.
Which languages are supported?
The game includes English, German, French, Spanish, Hindi and Simplified Chinese. Interface, subtitles and voice audio are separate settings, so you can mix them. Community packs can add more language content.
Can I make mods without writing code?
Yes. Mod Studio has starter packs, guided editors, validation, recording coverage and scratch playtests. Packs are data and approved assets. More complex stories use a documented, bounded rule system.
Where do I get help?
Start with the troubleshooting chapter. For a question or bug report, use the Steam discussions and include the game version, mode and steps to reproduce it.
See you at your desk.
